Chris is a dedicated trainer with 10+ years experience as a qualified fitness professional. From a sporting background and with experience both in the UK and Australia as a semi professional sports player and as a fitness coach, Chris places an important emphasis on training correctly, efficiently and at an intensity that is right for you.
Chris holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science which also includes nutrition, so not only does he know which methods of exercise are right for you and your goals, but he also has an in depth understanding of nutrition and what is needed to make a difference, no matter what your goals are.
